About the Role.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Professional to provide subject matter expert (SME) level technical support to the client. As a Learning and development Professional you will provide expert advice on the application of the Military Training Systems.
A Learning and Development Professional will work with subject matter experts to analyse, design, and evaluate training to meet workplace needs and quality control the development and implementation of training.
Likely tasks include the following:
Identify training requirements including analysis of gaps and opportunities.
Developing the full range of professional, business, or technical capabilities including training courses or packages.
Assist in the administering, documenting, tracking, reporting of learning and development activities.
Provide advice on appropriate training technology, including e-learning and/or other technology-based training methods.
Facilitate the development of systems for quality training and assessment including the formalising of qualifications.
Utilise data to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of learning/educational activities.
Requirements and skills.
Proven experience as an L&D Professional, Training Manager or similar with current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build rapport with co-workers and clients.
Australian Citizen with Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) clearance.
