How it Starts

The Application: The journey with Meikai's Elevate Mentorship Program begins with this simple yet impactful step. You are invited to complete an application that provides valuable insights into your background, goals, and aspirations.

The Interview: This is personalised 15-minute interview with our dedicated Program Director, delves deeper into your motivations, personality, and desired outcomes, ensuring a meaningful and compatible match. At Meikai, we believe in the power of connections that extend beyond just professional compatibility, striving to foster mentor/mentee pairs that resonate both on paper and in terms of shared values.
The application period opens on December 15th, 2023 and concludes on February 2nd, 2024, with interviews scheduled for the subsequent week. This meticulous process ensures that every participant in Elevate is thoughtfully matched, setting the stage for a transformative mentorship experience.
Strengthening Bonds
The heart of the Elevate Mentorship Program lies in the intentional strengthening of connections among participants.
Note: Full participation and in-person attendance at these gatherings are not just encouraged but expected, as they play an instrumental role in the overall success of our program.
Quarterly Meetings
Running from February to December, the 2024 program presents a distinctive opportunity for connection through four quarterly in-person meetings held in the vibrant setting of Canberra. These gatherings serve as pivotal moments, providing a dedicated space and time for guided discussions, goal setting, professional development, and personal connections between mentorship pairs and the broader cohort. Each meeting is thoughtfully designed to foster meaningful relationships and facilitate both individual and collective growth.
Mid Program Networking Event
Designed to amplify connections within the cohort, the Elevate Program will hold Mid-Program Networking Events. This event not only expands professional networks but also enriches participants' knowledge through shared experiences.
Newsletters
Elevate goes beyond face-to-face interactions; it extends into the digital realm with monthly newsletters. These newsletters serve as a dynamic platform for sharing news, resources, and opportunities, ensuring that participants stay connected, informed, and inspired on their mentorship journey.
